I REMEMBER ONLY EATING "GOOD" FOODS...

I would stack up a few “good” days in a row of healthy eating all to have zero fat loss results. Yep - I was having the worst time ever ordering plain salads at restaurants and saying no to birthday cake only to have the scale barely move.

 

It wasn’t until I started understanding WHAT is in foods and how to track macros and hit targets suited for my body and goals that I started seeing results. Plus, I was finally eating foods that fueled me and tasted SO GOOD.

Food guilt was gone and results were happening.

From Weight Watchers restriction -> Empowered and Thriving

 

Our client was down 8lbs in just FIVE WEEKS by learning these macro and habit strategies that we will be teaching in the Breakthrough Blueprint.

 

Prior to working together, she tried Weight Watchers, Noom, eating healthy, portion control - everything that didn’t work long term. She had to replace rules with education and strategy.

A kickoff personalized video from your coach to map out a game plan for success over the next six weeks including starting goals and INDIVIDUALIZED targets for macros, steps, water, training, etc. to make sure you are feeling motivated and clear on how to make the most over the following six weeks.

Weekly Hot-Seat Coaching

Zoom calls just for members of the Breakthrough Blueprint will be occurring 2x a week every week. This will give you ample time to communicate with your coach, ask questions, and make sure you’re feeling supported and moving the needle on your journey. One zoom each week will be dedicated to an educational topic with open Q+A at the end, and the other zoom will be open Q+A.

Self-Paced Curriculum

In-depth weekly training videos giving you all the information to become an expert in all things metabolism, weight loss, and muscle building.

Mid-point Private Check-In

A check in with your coach to assess your progress and tweak protocols moving forward to ensure you're continuing to progress and learn.

Daily Support

A private Facebook community for you to ask questions, post wins, and chat with coaches and other team members. We are all on this journey together, and these women are in a similar place to you when it comes to learning and growing.

I'M ALICIA!
OWNER OF THE FIT BREAKTHROUGH

All I wanted for years was to have a toned and lean physique. After quitting sports and gaining 25lbs, I felt hopeless. The only time I would see a LITTLE progress was when I was eating 1400 calories a day and running daily. If I was going to do something I was going to do it all the way, which led me down a path of living in the extremes.

8 years ago I felt so defeated and like I just lacked the discipline and liked food too much to see results long term. However, I hired my first coach and fell in love with learning how to create sustainable change. After years of learning, growing, and accomplishing what I never thought I could, I started The Fit Breakthrough with one goal in mind: to help women stuck in the all-or-nothing cycles step into their power and change their body composition WITHOUT crash dieting. 
I am proud to say we’ve helped over 300 women reach that goal and counting.

HEY, I'M LAURA!

I am a trained chemist, but found my passion for changing women’s lives through proper nutrition and training. Once my college softball career ended due to injury, I felt lost and turned to food for comfort. After years of fed diet failures, I decided to take control of my life and choose sustainability and education over quick fixes.

I am now certified in sports nutrition, a certified PT, and I have a Health Mindset Coaching Certification. I’ve been a coach at The Fit Breakthrough for over two years and it’s so fulfilling helping these women step into their power.

HEY GUYS I'M EVELYN!

I grew up playing sports year round for 10+ years, but after sports ended I quickly realized I never learned how to properly eat and train for my physique goals. I had the goal to gain muscle and lose body fat, but all the online information was confusing and conflicting.

It wasn’t until I hired my first online fitness coach that I felt empowered to fuel, get stronger, and see results.


I am now on a mission to help women achieve the same breakthrough as I aim to make fitness less complicated and more enjoyable.

I am an ISSA CPT, PN1, and have completed a Health Mindset Coaching Certification. I love the impact I get to make as an online coach.
